Our experience here was real good. Staff were courteous, hotel was reasonably clean, set in safe area very close to restaurants, Polanco, bars. Breakfast with fresh salmon and fruits, for instance. Beautiful lobby.

Room was wonderfully decorated, functional, and staff was extraordinary service-minded. Beds were very small, even so it was truly a such wonderful stay. The continental breakfast was large, had breads, pastries, yogurt, fruit and scrambled eggs.

The bathroom was very basic, I didn't like it.

Favourable location, cozy hotel and new-fashioned room. Comfy beds, central heating, flat-screen television and a coffee machine were a nice touch. The staff did all they can for a relaxing stay. Small gardens on the territory. Furthermore, the parking was on site and convenient. The setting was also just a walk down to an orthodox synagogue.
